Don’t bother about Van de Beek

Scott McTominay participate in commenting on the polemic Donny van de Beek. According to him, there is no need for excitement about the opportunity to play his new partner.

The spotlight points to Manchester United related to the lack of playing opportunities given to Van de Beek so far. Even though the 23-year-old midfielder was bought handsomely from Ajax for 40 million pounds.

Van de Beek just appeared 59 minutes on Premier League so far. He scored a goal on his debut when United lost 1-3 to Crystal Palace, but has not been trusted to start in the league after only four times as a substitute.

The Dutch international also only sat on the bench when MU was balanced without a goal against Chelsea in the league. MU manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ensuring Van de Beek was only being given the opportunity to adjust to his new environment.

MU midfielder Scott McTominay also opened his voice. For him this kind of excitement did not need to happen.

“There’s no need to panic about Donny. People can quickly assume that he is not playing,” said McTominay was quoted as saying Sky Sports.

“Give him time, let him tune first and let him concentrate on the season,” he continued.
