His poems recited during the evening cover several topics, which he recited and sang with great empathy and passion. His poems about his homeland, his parents, life and love touched many people. An excerpt from the poem Your Last Life, sung by Mr. Joe and József Horváth.

„…The fight is false, the goal does not wait

fooled by the crazy world.

Don’t be ashamed to have a soul

your tears became a river…

…This is your last life

do not offer it to anyone

anything can be destroyed, this is a judgment.

It doesn’t matter whether you want it or not.”

At the end of the evening, the shroud was removed from István Batári’s portrait of Ferenc Kölcsey, which was given a worthy place under a portrait of Krúdy, also painted by István Batári.
