Application fraud case Binomial with the reported crazy rich from Medan, Indra Kenz, has moved to the investigation stage. Another binary options affiliate, Doni Salmanan and Nodiewakgenk are now also being targeted by the police.
The police monitoring of Doni Salmanan and Nodiewakgenk started with lawyer Indra Kenz who hoped that the police would not only process the law for his client. He urged Bareskrim to also process Binomo owners and other affiliates.
“We hope that Bareskrim also immediately looks for the owner of the Binomo platform and other affiliates, not just Indra Kenz. Yes, Binomo should also be processed,” said Indra Kenz’s attorney, Wardaniman Larosa, when asked for confirmation, Friday (18/2/2022).
Police Make Sure to Check Affiliates Other Than Indra Kenz
The Directorate of Special Economic Crimes (Dittipideksus) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Indonesian National Police has confirmed that it is not only Indra Kenz who will be investigated in the Binomo case. Other binary options affiliates will be checked.
“Yes, that’s right (other affiliates will also be investigated),” said Dirtipideksus Bareskrim Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan when asked for confirmation, Friday (18/2).
Whisnu said that his party would further explore the roles of other affiliates in the case being investigated. However, he did not explain in detail who the affiliates would be examined.
“Investigators will explore the extent of the role of these affiliates in Binomo game activities,” he said.
Indra Kenz-Doni Salmanan-Nodiewakgenk Compactly Enters Hospital
Three binary options trading affiliates, namely Indra Kenz, Doni Salmanan, and Nodiewakgenk, came together to visit the hospital (RS). The lawyer for the Binomo victim, Finsensius Menndrofa, was surprised by the cohesiveness of the three affiliates.
“Wow… have they made an appointment, huh? We hope that in the future, if there is a call from the police, there will be no more reason for treatment or going to the hospital,” said Finsensius to reporters, Saturday (19/2).
He also compared the fate of Indra Kenz cs with the victims of Binomo’s fraudulent investment. According to him, the victims’ fate is very sad, in contrast to Indra Kenz cs.
