The office of Citizen Participation of Nuevo León invited the people of Nuevo Leon to show solidarity and donate tap water of his house to benefit people who live in areas where the service does not reach.
Through a publication on the social networks of 070 Informatel and Locatel, an invitation was made to show solidarity and be a donor, as part of the campaign called “a stream of empathy”.
With a infographicthe dependency explained that the problem that arises is that, by lowering the pressure of the pipes, the water does not rise to the highest areas of the city, which has affected several families for more than two months.
The campaign consists of citizens who do generally have water service, donating a small part for people who suffer due to the conditions and areas in which they live.
It is requested to donate the equivalent of two jugs of tap water inside the homethat is, approximately 40 liters, since each of these containers has a capacity of 20 liters.
People who are interested in joining the action can dial 070 to sign up. Information about the collection of the vital liquid will be given through this line.

Industry and agricultural sector give more water to Nuevo León
During the event in Parque Fundidora, it was reported that the agricultural sector promised to donate 50 percent of the water they use for the fields and the industrial sector has contributed 24.7 million cubic meters of water, as part of the concessions to which they have access.
The head of the National Water Commission (Conagua), German Martinez Santoyo He said that at the national level, an agreement for the Declaration of Drought was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, where special efforts will be made to provide administrative facilities to the industrial sector so that they contribute a greater volume of water within the concessions they have.
The facilities are going to be administrative so that there is confidence with the farmers and with the industrialists that these water transfers can be made in the best conditions for both the agriculturalists, the industrialists and of course the State Government”, he explained.
