John Lauro, one of Donald Trump’s two lawyers, made the rounds of five Sunday political shows – ABC, NBC, CNN, CBS, FOX – to explain the former US president’s defense strategy: freedom of expression.

Donald Trump would not have ordered anything, just suggested to his interlocutors ways to proceed. Especially since being convinced of having won the 2020 election, everything would then be covered by the first amendment.
