NEW YORK (Nettavisen): Images of mounted police holding whip-like straps in their hands, and acting aggressively towards the refugees now flocking to the United States, are now making headlines around the world. And now Prime Minister Erna Solberg is also reacting to the photos. Watch the interview with the Prime Minister of New York here:
The photos were taken in southern Texas, where there is currently a migrant crisis as several thousand migrants, many of them from Haiti, have gathered to enter the United States.

15,000 migrants under a bridge in Texas
The shocking photographs and videos have been published at the same time as pictures of thousands of migrants who have gathered under a temporary bridge in Del Rio also travel around the world.

The number of migrants under the bridge rose to 14,872 on Saturday, according to the National Border Patrol Council, a trade union for border guards.
