Donald Trump returns to the court district this Monday in New York. The ex-president, on track for a new presidential candidacy in November 2024, is accused by the attorney general of the State of New York of having overvalued his real estate assets at the heart of the Trump Organization, the company of real estate development at the origin of the family fortune.

An operation which notably allowed him to obtain more advantageous loans from banks and better insurance rates. Two of his sons, Donald Junior and Eric, are also being prosecuted.
