Details: In a post on his social network Truth Social, Trump noted that “the sudden death of Alexei Navalny has made me more and more aware of what is happening in our country.” He believes it is a “slow, steady progression in which rogue, radical left-wing politicians, prosecutors and judges are leading us down the path to destruction.”

In his note, he in no way mentioned who Navalny was, nor the circumstances of his death and the possible involvement of the Russian regime in them. His rival Nikki Haley has already noticed this.
“Donald Trump could have condemned Vladimir Putin for being a bloodthirsty thug. Trump could have praised Navalny’s courage. Instead, according to the liberal method, he condemned America and compared our country to Russia,” she wrote on Twitter (X) .
