The former president of the United States Donald Trump has attacked the American president, Joe Biden, and has defended his management during his mandate after sweeping the Republican Party primaries held during the day known as ‘Super Tuesday’, in which fifteen states and one territory They have organized their votes.
“This has been an incredible night. “It has been an incredible period in the history of our country,” declared the former president, who took advantage of the occasion to maintain that Biden “is the worst president in the history” of the country, mentioning the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the attack by the Movement of Islamic Resistance (Hamas) to Israel and the presence of pro-Iranian militias in the Middle East, which have carried out several attacks in recent months, especially the Lebanese Shiite militia party Hezbollah.
In this sense, he has stated that if he had been in power “Russia would not have attacked Ukraine, Israel would not have been attacked, Iran had no money, (…) not even for Hezbollah”, while “there was no inflation”, that “is destroying the working class.” In addition, he has criticized Biden’s management at the border, where federal authorities are politically in conflict with the governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, over immigration control.
“They want open borders and open borders are going to destroy the country. We need borders and we need free and fair elections,” he declared before announcing that if he becomes President he will close the border and make “the country bigger than ever”: “We will win these elections because we have no other option.”
