Don Vic has spent 40 years making, together with his family, what he is most passionate about and for what he is famous: tamales. “It’s 20 hours of intense work, and that’s how he always sees me. Pretend that I say to myself, oh, my legs already hurt, but I start to move the mass and I forget. It has a lot to do with the love with which you do things, ”says Víctor Zárate, prior to the Day of Candlemas.
