Liverpool announced on their Facebook page: Dominik Szoboszlai was left out of the team as a precaution, but at the same time they indicated that the Hungarian player’s injury is not serious.
“He sprained his ankle a bit in training, it’s no big deal. We are optimistic about what happened, and so is he” Jürgen Klopp told Liverpool’s website.
“If we were playing in the Premier League today or we had any other game at stake, I would send him on the pitch. But we’re not taking any chances now and we’ll see what happens in the Leicester game. However, he will definitely be ready for the match against Bayern” – added the manager.
