Friday in New York, the Mayor of the Municipality of Tamayo, Bahoruco de la Dominican Republic, broke Guiness World Records by cooking the largest serving of mangú ever served in the world.
To break that record, the Dominican representatives drew up a 1,000 pound mango. For that, 30 volunteers dedicated themselves for two full days to this culinary process, which included peel and cut 4,500 bananas from the municipality of Tamayo.
