In the last few hours, the National Police in Valledupar reported the capture of a citizen of the Dominican Republic, who had a red circular from Interpol against him for the crimes of homicide and kidnapping.
The subject was identified as Hamye Luis Peralta Colón, who along with other subjects on August 5 entered a residence in his country of origin, where a man was apparently alone.
After several hours they left the house behind, leaving the house bloody from the barbaric acts carried out, and they took their victim, who disappeared and to this day their whereabouts are unknown.
According to the Police, Peralta Colón’s modus operandi to mislead the authorities since he arrived in Colombia, he had stayed in different hotels both in Bogotá and Valledupar, until one of them reported the case to Colombia Migration.
Due to the foregoing, he was made aware of his rights as detainees and was later transferred to the facilities of the URI of the Prosecutor’s Office, where he must answer for the facts previously indicated and left at the disposal of the International Affairs Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Bogotá.
