MIAMI, Florida. October 2024. The Dominican International Business & Tourism Chamber Florida, Inc. celebrates its 31st anniversary by organizing the “Real Estate, Business, Tourism and Investment Fair Expo 2024”, from November 15 to 17. More than three thousand visitors of various nationalities are expected to attend, with the support of the Dominican Federation of Chambers and Organizations Abroad.
The event will take place at the AC Hotel Miami at Dadeland Mall, a strategic location at the intersection of Kendall Drive, Palmetto Expressway and US 1 Highway. Pedro Díaz Ballester, president of the Chamber, highlighted the relevance of the location to attract residents of high-income areas such as Kendall, Coral Gables and South Miami.
This event will bring together entrepreneurs, executives, professionals and investors, facilitating trade and investment opportunities between the Dominican Republic and Florida, especially in Miami-Dade. Interaction between exhibitors and attendees will be encouraged, and business and networking opportunities will be activated.
Díaz Ballester stressed that they seek to connect buyers and sellers, including Dominican, American and Hispanic investors, interested in acquiring goods and services. The Dominican Republic is presented as a country in economic growth in the Americas, attracting investments in sectors such as tourism, telecommunications and construction.
The Expo will include conferences, panels, and a program of activities that will highlight investment opportunities. The inauguration will be on Friday, November 15 at 6:00 pm, with a reception and recognition for companies and institutions.
In addition, there will be live music and raffles for trips to Dominican destinations. Díaz Ballester, with almost five decades of experience in development and relations between the Dominican Republic and the US, hopes that the event will motivate and provide confidence to international entrepreneurs and investors.
