Domina Shopping sold for 74.5 million euros

To implement the transaction, Nordea Bank has issued a loan of EUR 45 million to an Estonian company.

“We have been working hard for the last six months and are proud that our portfolio now includes such a large and important shopping center,” says Viljars Arakas, CEO of EfTEN Capital AS.

The EUR 74.5 million acquisition of the Domina shopping center is the largest single investment in the company’s history. According to the company’s representatives, this is the eighth consecutive investment made in the management of “EfTEN” in Latvia.

Representatives of the company also inform that the closed store “Prisma” in the shopping center will be replaced by “Rimi”.

The Domina shopping center has more than 160 stores, representing many retail sectors. The mall offers products from international brands such as United Colors of Benetton, Marks & Spencer, H&M, Tommy Hilfiger and Guess.
