His ex-partner claims to have been the victim of violence throughout their relationship between February 2020 and May 2021. The defendant only recognizes a slap in September 2020. He disputes the rest, starting with the facts of May 1 which earned him to be presented for immediate appearance.
During a party at a friend’s house, he allegedly hit his ex-girlfriend on several occasions. The friend and the young woman, represented by Me Héas, tell more or less the same thing: insults, death threats, a slap, then several … and finally an episode of violence of 45 minutes at the end of which the defendant will end up devastating his friend’s apartment.

“You assume nothing”, launches the public prosecutor, recalling the psychiatric expert report describing in particular the young man as “impulsive”, “liar” and “sadistic” (report disputed by the accused).
A “worrying profile” which guides his requisitions: five years’ imprisonment, three of which were suspended for two years (with in particular the obligation of care and the ban to come into contact with his ex-partner), as well as a ban on detention. a weapon for five years and a ban on staying in the Allier for the same period.
The magistrate also asked for continued detention.

“He is only 21 years old,” insists Bonneau-Vigier, who argues for a “lack of evidence” and “doubts” about the various testimonies.

The court finally decided to follow in large part the requisitions of the public prosecutor (only the ban on staying in the Allier was not pronounced). Matthis Fenoyer returned to detention after the hearing.
The court also ordered the defendant to pay three fines of 150 euros: one for violence on a friend of his ex-girlfriend (who allegedly tried to separate them during an argument in March 2021) and two others for traffic offenses. (stop and red light grilled and refusal to comply).
