Many customers will lose out on the current wave of interest in domestic photovoltaic power plants. The boom is pushing installation prices up, and solar system suppliers often make unfulfillable promises to customers. This was agreed by the participants of the Energy Prices: Consumer Protection in the Time of Energy Crisis conference organized by the Institute for Public Debate.

Almost one and a quarter billion crowns will be brought to the PPF financial group by the approved dividend of Monety Money Bank. On Tuesday, the bank’s general meeting approved, among other things, an eight-crown dividend per share, while Renáta Kellnerová’s group is its dominant shareholder with less than thirty percent. Sauni, which is kept afloat by, among other things, the money of the domestic market leader in bathroom equipment Siko, is catching up with the dramatic rise in interest rates.
Negotiations between the Czech Republic and the Americans on the possible purchase of 24 F-35 aircraft are at their peak. It is already certain that this would be a contract with a total value of more than one hundred billion crowns, which the Czech Republic would pay for ten years from the budget of the Ministry of Defense. On the contrary, representatives of the ministry continue to negotiate with American government agencies about the possible involvement of Czech industry or about the inflation clauses of this historically most expensive military acquisition.
