After death, life always comes. A message that cuts the soul in two passed in the November 7 episode of Sunday In: Mara Venier and Eleonora Daniele, united in pain and rebirth, in death and in life, because a great absence can only be filled by a new presence. Or maybe it will never really be filled, but it can at least be faced by dressing the lips in a smile, the heart of a joy. Eleonora Daniele has always been a great spokesperson and narrator of Luigi’s story, who passed away at the age of 44. Defined as a special soul, “Gigio” brought great happiness into his life and into the existence of the people who had the good fortune to know him. “I still struggle to talk about it, which is why I wrote a book. There are many families who write to me and who find themselves in what Luigi’s story has been like over the years, and I hope they can find a lot of strength ”.
It wasn’t easy – and it still isn’t – for Eleonora facing emptiness after Luigi’s death. In part, however, someone managed to give her a push to move forward and live new days. Life and death are the sides of the same coin: after the birth of his daughter Carlotta, the presenter had to find the strength and courage to wake up, day after day, for her. To support it, make it grow, transmit important values to it. However, without forgetting what Luigi was. “I think he taught me to love. I have always received more than I have given him ”. Daniele’s tears were received with great composure: it is not easy to express pain, but sometimes crying is a necessary act to convey feelings.

Or, rather, a new life has led Mara Venier on the road to rebirth: her nephew, son of Paolo. “Until 2020, I was unable to look at mom’s photos: it was a difficult path. He helped me to recover Iaio, the baby of my son Paolo. I took him in my arms and felt a spark inside my heart: joy invaded me and I felt the will to live again ”.
