“Two children were injured, whose parents have already been informed. We apprehended the suspicious girl within minutes,” the police said on the X network.
Children out of danger
„The two injured children, whose lives are not in danger, were taken into their care by paramedics. Likewise, one of the other children, who was in shock, was handed over to medics for the time being. Our crisis interventionists are on site and are ready to provide psych. help to those in need,” the police informed.
“Two teams of rescuers, a car with a doctor and a paramedic, as well as a traffic inspector intervened at the scene of the incident. We took care of two children, both children are not in danger. They were treated and subsequently transported to a medical facility. Psychosocial intervention remains in place, we cooperate intensively with PČR,” described the spokesman for the regional rescuers, Lukáš Uherek.
At the moment, according to the police, there is no danger to anyone and a large number of police and criminal investigators are working on the scene. The situation at the school will be dealt with by the city’s crisis team.

*19. January 2023 – At the primary school in Česká Třebová, one pupil injured another with a knife. The injury was not serious, the boy was released from the hospital after treatment. The results of the investigation are not yet known.
*20. December 2023 – In one of the secondary schools in Třebíč, a student (16) attacked a school employee with a knife and slightly injured her. The attack was investigated by the police as an attempted murder.
