KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. The rupiah dollar exchange rate strengthened in trading on the spot market on Wednesday (28/7) at the level of Rp. 14,488. Rupiah strengthened 0.03% compared to Tuesday (Rp 14,493).
Meanwhile, the middle rate of Bank Indonesia (BI) rupiah weakened at the level of Rp. 14,498. Rupiah strengthened 0.06% compared to Tuesday (Rp 14,489).

Today, Thursday 29 July 2021, the official website of Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) displays several rupiah exchange rates. BNI has a rupiah exchange rate, namely, TT counter, special rates, nor bank notes.

The following are the details of the rupiah dollar exchange rate quoted from the official BNI website (Updated at 07.10 WIB as of July 29, 2021):
Rupiah dollar exchange rate TT counter:
- The buying rate is IDR 14,315 per US dollar
- Selling rate IDR 14,665 per US dollar
Rupiah dollar exchange rate special rates:
- The buying rate is IDR 14,449 per US dollar
- Selling rate of IDR 14,531 per US dollar
Rupiah dollar exchange rate bank notes:
- The buying rate is IDR 14,315 per US dollar
- Selling rate IDR 14,665 per US dollar
For your information only, there are differences in the level of the rupiah dollar that occurs at the exchange rate TT counter, course special rates, nor course bank notes.
Rupiah dollar exchange rate TT counter only valid when the customer makes a deposit or transfer through a bank counter.
Next, the rupiah exchange rate special rates applies if the customer makes an equivalent nominal exchange of 10,000 US dollars. Customers are encouraged to contact the nearest BNI Dealing Room branch.
