The exchange rate of the dollar rose against the pound in 5 banks with the beginning of trading on Monday, compared to its level yesterday evening, Sunday, while it settled in 6 other banks.
The price of the American currency, two piasters in the National Bank of Egypt, went up to 15.84 pounds for purchase, and 15.94 pounds for sale.
The price of the dollar increased by two piasters in Cairo and Suez Canal to 15.86 pounds for purchase, and 15.96 pounds for sale.
And the price of the dollar rose 3 piasters Credit Agricole to 15.84 pounds for purchase, and 15.94 pounds for sale.
And the price of the dollar rose 3 piasters at Al Baraka Bank to 15.81 pounds for purchase, and 15.91 pounds for sale.
The price of the dollar remained stable in Banque Misr at 15.82 pounds for purchase, and 15.92 pounds for sale.
And the price of the dollar in the construction, housing, international and Arab African commercial banks stood at 15.84 pounds for purchase and 15.94 pounds for sale.
The price of the American currency remained constant in the Bank of Alexandria at 15.83 pounds for purchase, and 15.93 pounds for sale.
The price of the dollar in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank stabilized at 15.77 pounds for purchase, and 15.87 pounds for sale.
