The Italian fashion group Dolce & Gabbana announced on Monday that it would launch into real estate, with two residential projects in the United States and Spain and a hotel project in the Maldives.
Dolce & Gabbana said it would partner with JDS Development Group in Miami and Sierra Blanca Estates in Marbella for residential projects, while DarGlobal would be its partner in the Maldives.
No financial details were disclosed.
Over the past two decades, many luxury groups have ventured into real estate, with brands like Armani and Versace opening hotels under their own name.
