The Italian fashion brand Dolce & Gabbana continues its expansion in the real estate business and announced that it will be in charge of building the tallest and most exclusive building in Miami, with an innovative design and a privileged location, in the heart of the main city in the south of Florida, in the United States.
The new building will have 90 floors and will measure about 320 meters, the maximum height limit for the city. Its design, black and ivory with a golden crown, will be signed by Dolce & Gabbana, the prestigious Italian fashion brand. So the Miami summit will bear the brand of this firm.
The apartments, from one to four bedrooms, will be delivered fully equipped with furniture and accessories from the Dolce & Gabbana home line, including exclusive items such as personalized bathrobes and books.
The brand’s founders, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, were responsible for designing the interiors, which will be offered in three color combinations: white with Bianco Striata marble, black with Nero Marquina marble and gold with Giallo Imperiale marble.

Furthermore, the apartments count with luxury details such as Venetian chandeliers and freestanding bathtubs in front of large windows with sea views, which will harmonize with the impressive façade of the building that will transform the urban panorama of the Miami city.
The 888 Brickel building, which will be located at 888 Brickel Avenue in downtown Miami, will have 259 luxury homes designed by Dolce & Gabbana. The skyscraper, whose construction is expected to be completed in 2027, will offer a privileged view of the Atlantic Ocean, Miami Beach and Biscayne Bay.
