On Thursday 17 and Friday 18 October, the TOBACCO Theater in the heart of Amsterdam will transform into the Dolby Atmos House. And the icing on the cake is that this party is open to everyone and completely free. It couldn’t be better, you might say.
Thursday
Now you’re probably already convinced to take a look at this music mecca, and you haven’t even seen the line-up yet. With big names such as Armin van Buuren, Joris Voorn, Ferry Corsten and Eelke Kleijn, this promises to be great.
For diehard music lovers who want to know more about mixing in Dolby Atmos, there are also workshops from Fiedler Audio. Here you can learn how to become the master of multi-dimensional sound. And if you thought your ears were already having a hard time, you can enjoy a LudoWic concert live in Dolby Atmos in the evening.
Friday
The Dolby party will continue as usual on Friday the 18th. This time with sessions from New Order, CARISTA, and LP Giobbi, among others. And as icing on the cake, Apple Music also comes to complete the Dolby Atmos party. Do you fancy a quieter vibe? Singer-songwriter Ela Minus and piano god Joep Beving are also on the program to bring you into a relaxed setting.

Dolby thinks of everything, even your living room. Now you’re probably thinking, “What does my living room have to do with this?” Well, check out the Living Room, where you can see (and especially hear) how Dolby Atmos makes your Netflix evening just that little bit better. And if you want to relax for a while amid all that audio splendor, chill out in the Hangout.
