His long experience with dogs (including one as a volunteer for guide dogs for the blind) was not enough to settle down, so he took a diploma course which now allows him to offer his services to individuals. Convinced of the ability of each animal, whatever its history, to regain confidence and understand the “good codes”, he intervenes at home, observes, gives some advice, gives keys, then comes back to see the results. Most of the time, two or three sessions are enough to get the animal (and often its owner) back on track.
