The woman was driving near Oldenzaal when she ended up in the precarious position. She couldn’t free herself.
She did manage to steer the car to the emergency lane and call emergency services from there. They took the dog out of the car and were then able to remove the dog’s leash from the woman.
come out scared
Both the dog and the owner escaped unscathed; after some time they could continue on their way.
