The Chat + guarantee provides for reimbursement in the event d’accident and of disease of the kitten:

All accidents occurring after the effective date of membership are guaranteed.

Coverage in the event of illness applies to illnesses occurring or observed after a waiting period of 45 days counted from the effective date of membership.
The Chat + insurance plan also provides for participation in the care of costs vaccination (vaccination protocol: PRCChL) and sterilization (castration and oophorectomy) without waiting period but also a guarantee of assistance for custody, in kennels or in the event of hospitalization of the member for more than 24 hours.

There are 3 annual reimbursement ceilings: 1 300€, 1 800€ Where 2 500€. This ceiling is the maximum annual amount of repayment from veterinary costs that you are entitled for one year (from January 1 to December 31) for your kitten. Mention of this maximum amount can be found on the membership certificate.
Your kitten is not immune to a health problem! This is why the choice of reimbursement limit should be selected with great care. Veterinary bills quickly add up if the kitten has to undergo medical exams. The Chat + formula reimburses 60% of the costs incurred. A minimum deductible of €15 is retained on the calculation of the amount of your reimbursements for the Chat + formula. It is simply the rest at the minimum charge of the subscriber.
Focus on acts of reimbursement in the kitten
Diagnosis of foreign body ingestion : reimbursement in favor of the member = 60% of €348, i.e. €208.80. The deductible remaining payable by the member is: €348 – €208.80 = €139.20. For a ceiling of €1,300, there will remain after the treatment: €1,300 – €208.80 = €1,279.20 of reimbursements available.
Diagnosis of otitis : reimbursement in favor of the member = 60% of €992.50, i.e. €595.50. The deductible remaining payable by the member is: €992.50 – €595.50 = €397. For a ceiling of €1,300, there will remain after the treatment: €1,300 – €595.50 = €704.50 of refunds available.
