Does Windows 11 support illumination control for gaming devices | Zaikei Shimbun

Microsoft launched on Dev channel on the 9th Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25295 contains the illumination setting options for gaming devices, etc., disabled (Article on NeowinWindows Central articleThe Verge articleTweet by Albacore)。

This option is not yet localized and when activated it will be added as “Lighting” to “Personalization” in “Settings”. Control the lamp with a USB connection (PDF), you can set the color, brightness, effects, etc. by selecting the corresponding device displayed in “Lighting devices”. You can even match the Windows accent color.

To enable the option ViveTool to enable configuration IDs “35262205” and “41355275”. There is no need to restart Windows, and if you display “Personalization” in “Settings” after running ViveTool, “Lighting” should be added. I don’t have any compatible devices at hand, but I feel like giving it a try.
