This is not about legal disputes. It is about Poland’s credibility in the international arena.
The question in the title seems naive. Everyone knows what the disciplinary matters of judges are. The simplest definition is that it is a case that is heard in a disciplinary court, in which it is possible to apply a penalty or other disciplinary measure to a judge.
Meanwhile, on the occasion of the case for permission to prosecute Igor Tulea for criminal liability (Article 80 of the Act), attempts are made to convince the public that this is not a disciplinary matter.
