The apartment rental market is fast freezing.
It should be noted that even the apartments branded by the large construction companies in the metropolitan area, where the competition for season tickets is fierce, are unsold one after the other.
As unsold homes pile up like this, there is a growing sense of crisis that small construction companies will fail.

It is a large-scale redevelopment complex with a total of 2,600 households and 899 households being sold for general sale, not including the amount of union members.
In the subscription a month ago, the competition ratio was 5.6: 1, but the winners also gave up the contract one after the other.
The contract rate was only 43%.

“That’s less than 50% of the contract. I was very disappointed. First of all, interest rates have gone up. The prices of nearby apartments have dropped too much.”
This apartment complex also carried out a ‘non-priority subscription’ for the quantity which was not sold recently, but only 6 people applied.
6 families out of 508.
The competition ratio was only 0.012: 1.

Again, in the first sale last month, there was a high competition ratio of 11.8: 1, but many winners have given up on the contract.
Eventually, 111 families were opened without priority, but only 27 families applied.
The “invincible metropolitan area” is over.
The unsold presale that began in small and medium-sized provincial towns is now affecting the metropolitan area and also the famous branded apartments of large construction companies.

“The housing market is not that good right now. Not only the subscription market, but general apartment transactions are almost at a standstill right now.”
In the industry, there are even rumors that a chaebol construction company is also spreading its hands here and there due to financial difficulties.
With the increase in the number of unsold units and the aftermath of Legoland, there is a growing sense of crisis that brings down the small construction companies and financial companies that have lent them money.
