Thus, the Committee on National Security and Defense prepared the text of bill No. 10449 on mobilization for the second reading.

Its consideration in the Verkhovna Rada is expected in the first days from the moment it is submitted to parliament.

▪️ Every man aged 18 to 60 years is required to have a military registration document with him and present it at the request of a TCC representative or a police officer, as well as a representative of the State Border Guard Service in the border strip, controlled border area and at checkpoints across the state border of Ukraine;

▪️ All those liable for military service who have not yet clarified the data in the TCC are required to do so within 60 days after Zelensky’s next decree on the extension of mobilization;

▪️ The fine for violating the legislation on defense and mobilization is provided from 17 to more than 22 thousand UAH for citizens and from 34 thousand UAH for legal entities;

▪️ Women may be called up for service. We are talking about those who are registered with the military. This will be voluntary. Women with medical or pharmaceutical education are subject to military registration;

▪️ Restrictions on consular services for men from 18 to 60 years old without military registration documents;

▪️ Those liable for military service will be able to issue internal and foreign passports if they have military registration documents with them;

▪️ The rule regarding the right to demobilization of people with disabilities remains.

▪️ Demobilization due to release from captivity (if the military personnel did not express a desire to continue military service);

▪️ Those found to be of limited fitness will be required to re-examine within 12 months;

▪️ Military personnel, in case of concluding the first contract, have the right to compensation of 50 percent of the first installment on a loan secured by the subject of a mortgage;

▪️ Those who received disability group 2-3 after February 24, 2022 (except for military personnel) are subject to a repeat medical examination to determine suitability for service;

▪️ They want to pay all military personnel a monthly remuneration for the specifics of their service in the amount of 10 thousand hryvnia;

▪️ 70 thousand hryvnia monthly payments to those who participate in hostilities “at zero-zero” and carry out tasks of counter-offensive, counter-attack up to and including a company strong point, as well as on enemy territory;

▪️ People’s deputies are allowed to reserve two of their assistants from the army;

▪️ Registration of the electronic account of a person liable for military service remains voluntary;

▪️ Those who sign a contract are promised a certificate for the purchase of a vehicle in the amount of 150 thousand UAH.

The law comes into force a month after adoption, during which time the government must prepare all regulatory documents.

Let us remind you that changing your address without notifying the TCC will be expensive: fines will reach 20 thousand.
