TRIBUNJATIM.COM, SURABAYA – Heart disease can attack anyone without exception. Experts say, lifestyle be one of the factors that increase the risk heart disease.
It says Dr. Sebastian Andi Manurung SpJp, FIHA, Cardiologist and Blood Vessel Specialist, recently, heart disease suffered by patients at a young age.
The cause in general is lifestyle which is done on a daily basis. This habit, according to Dr. Sebastian, is a determinant of heart health.
“There are indeed many risk factors. But nowadays most of them are influenced lifestyle. Especially when pandemic Covid-19,” said Dr. Sebastian when he was a speaker at a webinar entitled ‘Maintaining a Good Heart’, Saturday (25/9/2021).
The Covid-19 pandemic, continued Dr. Sebastian, limits a person’s movement. Many activities done from home make a habit lazy to move more increasing.
