Doctor Who actor Bernard Cribbins dies aged 93 Movies & Series

Bernard Cribbins has passed away at the age of 93. The British actor is best known for roles in Doctor Who and the youth program The Wombles. His agency makes the news through BBC familiar.-

Cribbins was a familiar face on British television for 70 years. In 1966 he played the part of Dr Who’s associate Tom Campbell in the film Daleks’ Invasion Earth 2150.

41 years later he reappeared in Doctor Who, then as Wilfred Mott in the TV series. The role made him one of the regular faces of the series from 2007 to 2010. In between, he could be seen in well-known TV series such as Coronation Street in Dalziel and Pascoe.

Three years ago, at the age of 90, Cribbins published an autobiography. In the book called Bernard Who? 75 Years Of Doing Just About Everything, he looked back on his life in the entertainment industry. In recent years, Cribbins has been featured in several podcasts, including an about The Jungle Book.
