In dialogue with Multiplatforma Fenix, doctor Salomon Danon spoke about the importance of continuing with the placement of vaccines against Covid, in response to this the doctor said; ““It doesn’t matter how many doses of the Covid vaccine you have, you have to continue getting vaccinated, because the virus changes.”
“We must change the vaccines, as the virus changes. I can have 100 doses, but it doesn’t matter.” he remarked.
In this sense, Danon said it is important that at-risk people, over 50 years of age and health workers, should be vaccinated every 6 months. “Now the vaccines are Bivalent, they are free and effective.”
On the other hand, he was consulted about dengue and expressed that there are cases of dengue; “But fortunately we are quite well compared to other times in La Rioja” and held, “But we must continue with care, health must be taken as prevention.”
“The vaccine against dengue is very expensive, but it is a sign of fighting the mosquito, its breeding sites and they are diseases that can be fought” ended.
