Doctor José Arturo Miranda Nava is chosen as the winner of the 2024 recognition of medical merit – INTERDIARIO

* The winner will receive a diploma, a commemorative medal and a financial stimulus.

Cuernavaca Mor. (October 16) With eleven votes in favor and in voting by ballot, the Council for the Recognition of Medical Merit 2024 chaired by Congresswoman Eleonor Martínez Gómez, chose this Tuesday Dr. José Arturo Miranda Nava as the winner of the award, which will be presented by the state Congress in solemn session on Wednesday, October 23.

Dr. José Arturo Miranda Nava was born in Cuernavaca 71 years ago, he graduated from the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos where he graduated on July 15, 1977. In his extensive training he has the following specialties in Anesthesiology, Aesthetics and Longevity, Master in Regenerative Medicine and Cellular Therapy, postgraduate in Health Management International from the University of Birmingham, England.

He has extensive experience in teaching and has carried out, among others, the following works and published books: “Anesthetic management with dripped ketamine in emergency surgery in pregnant patients”, “Changes of glucose and electrolytes in pediatric surgery”, “Study comparative study on the application of stem cells derived from bone marrow and adipose tissue as an alternative for the treatment of multiple sclerosis”, report of “Using Platelet-rich plasma as a treatment in cosmetic surgery. Clinical case”; Nuclease book, co-author.

The recognition will consist of a diploma, a commemorative medal and an economic stimulus of 450 times the daily value of the Measurement and Update Unit (UMA).

The election was carried out this day by the Council, which also has as members the deputies of the Health Commission, who are the legislator Ruth Cleotilde Rodríguez López as secretary, and as members the legislators Francisco Erik Sánchez Zavala, Oscar Daniel Martínez Terrazas, Sergio Omar Livera Chavarría, Isaac Pimentel Mejía, Luz Dary Quevedo Maldonado, Brenda Espinoza López, Tania Valentina Rodríguez Ruíz, Guillermina Maya Rendón, and as representative of the Board of Directors, the representative Jazmín Solano López.

In addition, representatives of the Ministry of Health (SS), the Faculty of Medicine of the UAEM, the College of Surgeons of the State of Morelos and the National Institute of Public Health (INSP) participate in the Council.
