Maintaining an active lifestyle and healthy aging go hand in hand. We understand more and more how important it is to keep moving. Exercise can contribute to a longer, more vital and happier life. On Friday, November 15, the Westland Central Council Foundation is organizing Fèis Plus with the theme “Seniors and health“. Various groups are present. Our colleagues from Pieters Behandel Praktijk are here to give you more information and what they can do for you.
Festival Plus
During this event, especially for residents 55+ in the town of Westland, you will receive information about care, safety and how you can continue living at home for longer. There are several shows and exhibitions. This includes fall prevention, chair yoga, but there is also attention for mental health, lifestyle awareness and digital security.
