This week, Apple unveiled its next software innovations. On the program, we were entitled to announcements of updates to tvOS, of watchOS, of macOS and D’iPad OS. But it’s mostly iOS 14 who got the most attention. It must be said that Apple has made major changes in the iPhone operating system.
One of the main new features is the integration of widgets, these small windows on the home screen which allows access to certain elements of an application. Convenient to discover the weather forecast, its next appointments or emails received at a glance, without having to open the application. Widgets have been around for a long time on Android, from the first compatible smartphone, the HTC Dream. There is something for everyone and even versions which can be deeply personalized.
