Sleeping with a fan is unhealthy

And it doesn’t stop there, because a fan can cause even more misery. The cold air causes your muscles to cramp. That is not so bad for a while, but a whole night can have unpleasant consequences. For example, sleeping with a fan on can cause you to wake up with a stiff neck the next day.
