Toto Cutugno represents one of the most famous Italian artists globally, a career studded with many successes that have allowed him to reach the pinnacle of notoriety. He has also written songs for very famous French and Spanish artists, including: Miguel Bosè, Joe Dassin, Christian Castri, Johnny Hallyday, Claude François, Hervé Vilard and Michel Sardou. But perhaps not many know a particular background to his life. Probably many remember that in 1971 Cutugno got married with Carla, however some might escape that in 1988 their union was put to the test due to the coming into the world of Nicolò, the son of a man born of an extramarital affair. Her wife, after a stormy period, decided to keep her child at home, effectively forgiving her husband’s “fling”.
