Local governments also continue to crack down on drinking bans by hanging banners, but drinking is said to be in broad daylight.

Men drink and chat in the office.
The place where the party took place in broad daylight is the archery hall and the place where the bow is shot.
I even watch the archery match with a bottle of rice wine next to it.
There are also testimonies that there are many instances of drinking alcohol and throwing arrows.

“They say, ‘The bow doesn’t fit today,’ so two or three of them come up, drink a bottle of soju and shoot an arrow.”
It is strictly forbidden to drink alcohol in the archery room as it can cause casualties if you accidentally shoot.
Following a series of complaints, Jinju City collected all the alcohol in the archery hall and took precautionary measures.
But soon the alcohol continued.
This time, dozens of members openly drank in the conference room.
There were also former Jinju City officials in the Archery Hall Executive Department.

“(To the city) I went cautiously, and just two days later I boiled pork and made a group of 50-60 people drink alcohol.”
As the drinking continued, banners were hung in front of the archery hall.
However, a complaint call was immediately received from an Archery Hall member, a former Jinju City official.

“As a person who practices archery, you shouldn’t advertise the image of drinking only alcohol all over the country. It’s a one-sided city facility, so you can’t do that… (demanded for demolition)”
Jinju City, which installed a banner prohibiting drinking in the archery hall, voluntarily removed it within two hours.
The local government hung up a banner that alcohol consumption had not been eradicated, and suddenly came the incomprehensible response that alcohol consumption had not been eradicated.

“First of all, I removed them all because I haven’t had a drinking problem yet, but if there is a problem in the future, I will put up a banner again…”
Last year alone, Jinju City provided 50 million won to upgrade archery facilities.
