Do you have a particular talent? Audition in Chartres for an event taking place this summer

To Chartres (Eure-et-Loir), We are already preparing the summer event C’l’été which will give the capital of the department a holiday air and also to promote the 2024 Olympics, from Wednesday June 29 to Wednesday July 6, 2022.

During these days of celebration which will be held in the city center of Chartres, a competition will be organized to highlight the talents of the territory. It will take the name “C’les talents” and will last from June 29 to July 2.

Auditions in Chartres

Everyone can, and for free, participate in this contest. Auditions are organized in the coming days at the Maison pour Tous de La Madeleine from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesdays June 1, 8 and 16, 2022.

“Only 20 candidates will be selected to perform on stage,” warns the City of Chartres. You have until June 15 to register with the Youth Information Office, with this entry form.

What disciplines can you present?

• Music: Interpretation or creation of a composition, solo or in a group in a
  free musical universe (jazz, soul, rap, pop rock, electro…). Candidates must
  produce with their own instruments. Applicants should also ensure that they
  the availability of equipment in sufficient quantity (microphones, amplifiers, etc.) during their
  different passes. 2 Pieces minimum will be required for each audition and 3
  pieces for the finals.
• Performing arts: Presentation of a sketch of 5 minutes maximum, solo or in a group, in the style of comedy, classical, stand up, burlesque…
• Sports

Many prizes are up for grabs with this contest. The winner will be able to participate in various events organized or supported by the City of Chartres.
