Do Van Chien appointed secretary of the Party Affairs Committee within the FPV for 2019-2024 | Politics

Hanoi (VNA) – The Committee in charge of Party Affairs within the Fatherland Front of Vietnam (FPV) organized a meeting on April 6 to make public the decision of the Political Bureau appointing Do Van Chien as secretary of this Committee .

Thus, Do Van Chien, secretary of the Central Committee, secretary of the Committee in charge of Party affairs, minister, head of the Ethnic Affairs Committee, assumes the chairmanship of the Committee in charge of Party affairs within the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the mandate 2019-2024.

Tran Thanh Man, member of the Political Bureau, permanent vice-president of the National Assembly, president of the Central Committee of Vietnam Homeland Front, congratulated Do Van Chien of having been appointed to this new post, before declaring himself convinced that under his leadership, the Committee in charge of Party affairs within the Vietnam Fatherland Front would accomplish the missions entrusted to him.

For his part, Do Van Chien assured that he would do his best to contribute to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the Vietnamese people. -VNA
