Do they have brains? Boris Johnson and his wife occupied a mansion

Resigned Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his wife Carrie celebrated their wedding late last night, together with relatives and friends, at a party at the property of a billionaire and donor to the British Conservative Party, the Guardian and the LBC website reported.

The celebration took place in a large white marquee in the grounds of Daylesford House, an 18th-century estate owned by Lauder Banford.

The groom’s father, Stanley Johnson, and his sister Rachel, as well as conservatives who remained loyal to the prime minister until the end, Jacob Rees-Mogg and Nadine Dorries, came to the celebration.

The couple originally planned their party to be at the government residence Checkers, but due to the resignation of the Prime Minister, plans changed.

Boris Johnson and Carrie married last year at Westminster Abbey, but the ceremony was kept secret at the time. It was followed by a small reception in the gardens of 10 Downing Street with a limited number of guests due to the coronavirus restrictions. That’s why the Johnson family decided to celebrate their marriage with a bigger party when the restrictions finally fall.
