You planned to buy a new Redmi Note 9 5G or Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G, as soon as both will go on sale in Poland. Not so fast – says Lenovo and encourages you to wait for the premiere of their strong rival. The Lenovo smartphone is to outperform Xiaomi’s competitors.
Smartphones with the Lenovo logo are not particularly popular in Poland or in the world – unless it is the Motorola brand, which Lenovo has been managing for some time. Soon the situation is about to change dramatically, because Lenovo wants us to choose its phones more willingly than those from Xiaomi.
Lenovo wants to fight Xiaomi
It’s hard to believe, but this time it’s not a pipe dream. Official Lenovo graphics confirm the quick debut of a new phone or a whole series of mid-priced models. It should be cheap and better than Xiaomi.
New products from Lenovo are to be an alternative to the news Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 5G i Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G, which delighted ManiaKów with 120 Hz screens and a lot of improvements, including a camera with a massive 108 MP resolution in the Pro variant.
Lenovo does not say how it intends to break the Xiaomi offer, but according to unofficial reports it is about a better camera, a larger screen and a friendly design.
Additionally, to emphasize the rivalry with Redmi, Lenovo has put “six” in the name of the series and communicated it as “better than nine”. I am extremely curious if such boasting will translate into practice. The premiere of the line should take place in the first half of December.
