Dubai, October 27 / WAM / Dnata Aviation and Travel Services has entered into a partnership with Virgin Atlantic, to support the resumption of the British carrier’s services to Dubai.
Virgin Atlantic has chosen dnata Representation Services to provide a comprehensive range of services as the airline’s general sales agent in the UAE.
The partnership between the two sides provides infrastructure in the Emirates to support local sales, marketing and distribution, in addition to a full range of travel services for Virgin Atlantic customers traveling to and from Dubai, as part of its preparations to resume its flights between London Heathrow and Dubai International Airport this October.
The Virgin Atlantic service is available for reservation and will start from October 30 until the end of March 2024, with a frequency of four flights per week.

For his part, Liesl Gerick, Head of International Affairs at Virgin Atlantic, said: “We have long wanted to return to Dubai when the time is right, and we know that our customers are eager to see this famous route back to work.”
The new service will provide consistent, long-haul in-flight connectivity and experiences for customers traveling from Dubai via London Heathrow Airport to destinations across North America, across the Virgin Atlantic and Delta networks, including New York, Seattle, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Francisco.”
