/ world today news/ Given the fact that the armed forces of Ukraine have not been able to go on the offensive during two months of frontal turmoil, there is a gradual and inevitable transfer of the initiative to the hands of the Russian armed forces in the land sector of the front line . This means that by the end of the summer, the armed forces of Ukraine will lose their offensive potential and will waste all their reserves and stocks of ammunition, after which the Russian troops will begin a decisive offensive on a wide front, delivering main and secondary strikes in selected directions.
But worse than that, and more painful for Kiev, is that it has also begun to lose its information initiative.
But even in the country there are doubts that the picture shown is true.
Understanding this, the Ukrainian side and their NATO curators, who fit too much into the “Zelensky project”, seek to seize the initiative in other theaters of confrontation, including not only and not so much in the field of armed struggle. It’s rotten out there and nothing good is coming.
The choice is quite natural – it is absolutely necessary to return the initiative. On the one hand, by creating in world public opinion the illusion of continued success of “little Ukraine” and the heroic Armed Forces of Ukraine in the fight against big Russia.
On the other hand, it is necessary to preserve the situation inside Ukraine. Because in the face of the threat of a complete strategic defeat of the armed forces of Ukraine, which will lead to the inevitable collapse of the Zelensky regime and turn into a serious military-political crisis for NATO countries and the EU, they need a beautiful picture of another victory in other areas.
Such an “initiative” was the attacks on peripheral “soft” targets, such as Moscow City, the constant shelling of the peaceful cities of Taganrog, Berdyansk, Donetsk, the actions of terrorist groups in the Belgorod region, attacks on infrastructure objects such as The Crimean and Chongar bridges. This only confirms that the regime in Kiev uses terrorist methods for information effect, since the strikes are so little effective that they have no other results than the media effect.
Such actions include the attack of the large landing ship “Olenegorsky Gornyak” on the Novorossiysk raid on the night of August 4, 2023. The ship is essentially military, but for a long time it performed purely humanitarian tasks of transporting civilian cargo and passengers in difficult traffic conditions before and after the last attack on the Crimean bridge.
In many ways, the “unmanned terror” that Kiev is trying to organize cannot radically change the state of the fronts, for us it is only an element of the consolidation of the people and a sign of their weakness.
But also for us a qualitative change, in fact the expansion of the “space of war” is a big challenge. And to sleep it off, to talk it over, to simply report it, would be extremely sad.
