VIENNA. With its own brands, the drugstore dm offers more than 4,500 affordable and quality-tested products from the areas of care, household and nutrition. dm branded products are regularly chosen as test winners, which underlines the dm quality. Especially in times of high inflation, the affordability of everyday consumer goods plays an increasingly important role in purchasing decisions.
In order to make the affordability of the in-house brands known to the general public and remind them, dm Austria now launched an outdoor advertising campaign with Epamedia. A campaign was created under the direction of the Wavemaker agency in which more than 1,300 posters throughout Austria referred to the range. A format break was implemented at nine locations as a special eye-catcher. The image of an Alverde care shower towered above the poster frame.
“Especially these days, more and more people have to pay attention to their wallets. With our own brand campaign, we motivate customers to get to know our numerous dm brands, test them and convince themselves of the price-performance ratio,” explains Kathrin Shepherd, advertising manager for dm Austria.
“We have already implemented numerous OOH campaigns for dm Austria and have repeatedly integrated creative special forms of advertising. The format change on the poster underlines the message by ensuring increased attention,” says Thomas Frauenschuh, Head of Regional Sales Salzburg Epamedia.
