WALS. dm has over 250 apprentice positions available in the summer of 2025 – as usual, the search is being carried out with a large autumn campaign. After successfully using the slogan “Do you dare to?” in recent years? sat down, this time he asks “What if it turns out well?”
dm managing director Petra Mathi-Kogelnik explains: “We notice that many young people today are worried about, among other things, their professional future. That’s why we want to encourage the skilled workers of tomorrow and show how they can get off to a good start in the world of work.” The curiosity-awakening slogan aims to address the concerns of the young target group “with a positive mindset”.
Workshop diversity
Apprenticeships as druggist, hairdresser and beautician are available; In addition to technical training with individual support, dm offers a variety of workshops with the “future.zone” apprentice program in which participants are motivated to leave their comfort zone and get to know new things. The offering ranges from sculpture, photography, dance and theater to sustainability. The topic of social commitment also plays an important role: This year, dm apprentices have once again sewn heart pillows to relieve pain for breast cancer patients and have also supported other charitable causes.
TikTok and Snapchat
One focus of the campaign is on the online area: “Creative formats with apprentices from dm appeal to young people wherever they are every day – for example on the social media channels TikTok and Snapchat,” says Mathi-Kogelnik. All open apprenticeship positions as well as further information about the job profiles can be found at dm-lehre.at. (red)
