Jakarta –
The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta opens opportunities for cooperation in land lease agreements Village Susun Bayam with JakPro. This option is chosen if the process of transferring assets or land investment in Kampung Susun Bayam is rejected by the DPRD DKI.
“It’s possible that if the inbreng fails or is rejected, this can be used as a land lease,” said DKI Jakarta Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) Head Reza Pahlevi when contacted, Monday (20/2/2023).
As is known, until now the Kampung Susun Bayam land still belongs to the DKI Jakarta Youth and Sports Agency (Dispora). This condition has made the residents unable to live in the kampung susun until now.
So far the inbreng process is still ongoing. It’s just that the DKI Pemprov has not yet obtained the approval of the DKI DPRD to release the regional government’s assets. For this reason, land lease options are also being studied.
“He is currently proposing temporary use, currently we are studying it,” said Reza.
The inbreng approval process itself is carried out by the BP BUMD DKI Jakarta Development Board to the DPRD DKI. While BPAD is in charge of preparing administrative documents.
“The Administrative BPAD has prepared an assessment of what (the) land price is from us, but that’s only what is then brought to a meeting at BP BUMD, then I send the data to BP BUMB,” he explained.
Meanwhile, Head of Infrastructure Business Sector BP BUMD DKI Budi Purnama said that the investment had not been approved by the DPRD DKI, not rejected. He said the DKI Provincial Government was asked to make repairs first.
“What’s the concept like? It’s not just Kampung Bayam, in total. Yes (with JIS). He (the village) is only a small part of everything we ask for. It’s not specifically about managing Kampung Bayam,” he explained.
As is well known, the residents of Kampung Bayam have again staged an action at the DKI Jakarta City Hall. They demanded that residents be immediately allowed to live in Kampung Susun Bayam.
This afternoon dozens of residents came wearing blue uniform shirts. They seemed to be getting ready and put up banners bearing the demands of the day’s action in front of the DKI City Hall fence.
Residents who come consist of children to adults. Apart from banners, they also carried banners and other action attributes.
“It should be noted that we have come here many times as prospective residents of Kampung Susun Bayam, but they have not received any response. It should be noted that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is standing because there are people. We are official residents of DKI Jakarta. However, our appeal, we think we were ignored, ignored,” said the orator through a loudspeaker at the location, Monday (20/2/2023).
The orator also mentioned Kampung Susun Bayam which has now been commercialized. He then urged the government to immediately grant housing rights to residents.
“We can no longer afford to pay the rent. We have been promised to occupy the Kampung Bayam flat. But today it is only a mere promise. The flat has been commercialized. We need support, need discussion,” he stressed.
Meanwhile, LBH Jakarta’s public lawyer, Jihan Fauziah, said that his party submitted an administrative objection to the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono and the Managing Director of JakPro Iwan Takwin. The letter was sent because the Provincial Government and JakPro failed to fulfill the right to housing for 75 families.
“Residents whose 75 families are members of one PWKB and here this administrative objection is an attempt to warn the Pemprov and JakPro to provide fulfillment. Because the action by not providing restoration of rights to Kampung Susun has violated laws and regulations, human rights and also general principles of good governance,” said Jihan.
Apart from that, Jihan also indicated that the government had violated the law. This is because the North Jakarta City Government has verified the prospective residents of the kampung susun but until now the residents have not received their rights.
What is there, he said, is that residents build tents near the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) to survive.
