System even odd at 26 points or the Jakarta area will take effect tomorrow. However, the implementation of the policy is only a trial run. The new ticket in 13 regions will be applied on June 13, 2022.
“Then on June 6-12 for a week we will carry out a trial,” said Director of Traffic for Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Sambodo Purnomo Yogo, Friday (27/5/2022).
Sambodo said that on June 6-12 2022, action will be taken but not fines for violators. The police will only reprimand gage violators.
“Trials in the sense that when there is a violation in the 13 new areas, we will not immediately give action with a ticket, but we will carry it out with a warning,” said Sambodo, Monday (30/5/2022).
“It means that the members are on guard, then if someone violates it, we stop it, then we will reprimand it,” he continued.
After the trial is complete, fines will be carried out thoroughly in the 26 odd-even locations.
“Well, after the 13th, we will take action against all 26 areas,” he said.
Meanwhile, for the 13 odd-even areas previously applied, the police will ticket violators.
